Community is and always will be at the heart of what Spartan represents. From our employees to our dealers to the customers we serve, Spartan Nation is built by people who value faith, family, and the places we all call home. That's why we're proud to partner with local schools and organizations to make our part of the world a little brighter.

Annual Family Day Event

Employee Appreciation Event
Spartan's annual Family Day brings together nearly 200 guests each year in Batesville, Arkansas, employees and their families, for a fun-themed event full of laughter, camaraderie, entertainment, food and music. All ages are welcome, and it's an annual tradition to celebrate and show appreciation to our employees and their loved ones, as well as the strength of our company community.

Spartan Mowers & UTVs & TTC Sponsor Engineering Camp

Spartan Mowers & UTVs recently joined forces with the ISC Leadership Team to sponsor a week-long engineering camp for middle and junior high school students on the campus of the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. The space-themed camp, called Inside Engineering: Mission to Mars, was led by undergraduate students at the University of Arkansas College of Engineering. Within 48 hours of launching registration earlier this summer, the program was filled to maximum capacity with 24 students enrolled. Intimidator and ISC partnered with FutureFuel Chemical Company of Batesville to fully fund the $10,000 camp so that students could attend tuition free.

Ozarka College

Ongoing Workforce Initiatives

Spartan Mowers & UTVs donated 50 welding helmets to the Ozarka welding program to help support local economic development through education and training. The gift valued at $5,000 will be used to support Ozarka’s welding centers in Izard, Sharp and Stone counties. Spartan and Ozarka continue this partnership, with ongoing workforce projects and initiatives.

The Toro Foundation

Land. Water. Thrive.

The Toro Company Foundation is the philanthropic arm of The Toro Company, dedicated to supporting communities where the company operates through a focus on environmental stewardship, sustainability, and the improvement of public outdoor spaces. Its work is organized around three pillars — Land, Water, and Thrive — which guide efforts ranging from restoring parks and sports fields to promoting water conservation and investing in community-based programs like educational initiatives and community gardens. The Foundation offers grant opportunities, most notably its Greenspace Enhancement Grant Program, and regularly donates equipment such as mowers and utility vehicles to nonprofits, municipalities, and school districts. It also partners with organizations like the GCSAA Foundation, First Tee, and the ARA Foundation, and provides disaster relief support for communities recovering from environmental events. Through employee giving programs, matching gifts, and volunteer grants, the Foundation fosters broad engagement to create a lasting, positive impact on both landscapes and the communities where Toro operates.
