Photography & Video

Spartan Mowers & UTVs photography and video are product centric, and offer a view into daily life using those products.  Our primary audience is potential buyers, so utilizing imagery and footage of our products actually being used is vital to how the brand is portrayed.

Photography

Photography is the primary way that we get our message across visually.  Our images tell a story, and each one is hand picked to help cater our narrative.  When taking photos of any Spartan Mowers & UTVs products, there are a few helpful tips to keep the images concentric with the brand's style.

  • Product focused imagery is the primary concern with photography.  When taking images, ensure the product is the main
focal point of the image, and that the background and surrounding imagery isn't too busy.
  • Light is your friend!  Bright and vibrant photos help capture a positive mood visually.
  • Color is good!  Pops of color help invite a viewer into an image.
  • Safety first!  While we'd all like to play the stunt double roll occasionally, it's better to practice good safety.  Make sure proper
protective gear (such as eye protection and helmets) is worn at all times.
  • Don't mix branding!  Make sure any clothing or other products in the shot don't include branding/logos from other
companies.  While we support other brands, it's better to ask permission before including them in imagery.
Video

Video allows us to tell a deeper story than photography does, all while maintaining the same core messaging that a still image gives us.  With video, we try to show our products in use while maintaining good motion and composition.

focal point of the shot, and that the background and surrounding imagery isn't too busy.
